Collect your race number at registration on the day. On the race information page there will be details of registration times for all of our events, normally a couple of hours before the race starts.
For the shorter events yes, but only if places are still available. For the Ultra’s and Team events race day entry will not be permitted. It’s best to sign up straight away to secure your place!
Yes, the minimum age for competitors is 18 on the date of the race.
We have taken the decision to ban headphones of any type from all races except for our ultras. We believe athletes need to be able to hear instructions and warnings from marshals, other athletes and members of the public. Some of our races involve running laps so slower runners are likely to be lapped and need to hear when a runner is about to overtake them. So leave your headphones at home and take in the surroundings, chat to your fellow runners and enjoy the experience! For ultras, headphones are allowed but must be removed at road crossings or when any marshal or race official instructs you to do so. Any athlete ignoring the headphone rules or disputing marshals’ instructions will be disqualified and removed from the results with no refund.
A full race schedule can be found on the event page.
You can transfer numbers up to a reasonable date within the entry system. Details will be found on the entry system itself – we do not process transfers for you!
We may offer a partial refund up to the point at which we start to incur costs, please see above point re transfers.
All of our events are circular and return to the start point, should you need to drop out, you should try and make your way to the next marshal or checkpoint. You will be transported back to the start as soon as possible. Where appropriate we have medical cover in place at our events; contact details will be provided in the race information pack. If there is a medical emergency, you should contact the emergency services by dialling 999.
Yes, all of our events will have a dry area where your clothes for after the race can be stored, however please be sensible we do have limited space.
Afraid not, we do not provide T shirts as standard at any of our events, please see our commitment to the environment. T shirt measurements are shown on the website so if you are buying one as an add-on please pick the size most likely to fit you!
A waterproof jacket and body cover means one with taped seams, it should clearly state that is a waterproof jacket and will often have information on the label referring to Hydrostatic Head.
